Once items are released in Korea, they will be promptly shipped and typically arrive at our store within 2-3 business days. Upon arrival, orders will be processed in the order they were received, and each order will be confirmed via email.

To qualify for a return, your item(s) must remain in pristine condition: unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase for processing.

When you choose to combine regular items with pre-order items in a single order, please note that we will hold the entire order until all pre-order items are available for fulfillment. This allows us to ensure that you receive all your items together in one shipment. However, we understand that waiting for the pre-order items may not always be convenient for everyone.

If you prefer not to wait for the pre-order items and would like to receive the regular items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. This way, you can receive the regular items without any delay, and the pre-order items will be shipped separately once they become available.
