그룹 B1A4가 지난해 11월 발표한 '거짓말이야' 이후 10개월 만에 7번째 미니 앨범 'Rollin'(롤린)' 으로 돌아왔다. 그 동안 한 걸음씩 B1A4만의 음악적 색깔을 구축하며 다채로운 감성으로 대중들에게 사랑을 받았던 B1A4는 이번 앨범을 통해, B1A4가 그동안 보여줬던 음악적 역량에서 그들의 음악을 사랑해준 사람들을 위해 안주하지 않고, 끊임없는 음악에 대한 열정 그리고 무한한 가능성으로 새로운 모습으로 진화하려는 그들의 각오를 느낄 수 있는 앨범이다.
제목에서 오는 'Rollin'(롤린)의 느낌처럼 누군가를 향해 빠져드는 사랑의 마음을 반복되는 Rolling으로 표현하여 사랑의 Deep 하고 복잡한 감정을 반복되는 가사와 함께 B1A4만의 차별화된 바이브로 표현하였다. 이번 앨범을 통해 B1A4는 또 다른 색깔의 음악적 스펙트럼으로 다시 한 번 존재감을 발휘할 전망이다. 그 외 트로피컬 하우스, 얼터너티브락, 트랩, R&B, FUNK, New Jack Swing 등의 다양한 장르 총 6곡이 멤버들의 다양한 개성만큼 여섯 색깔의 음악으로 꽉 차 있다.
또한 B1A4의 다양한 매력을 느낄 수 있는 Rollin'[블랙], Rollin'[블루], Rollin'[그레이]의 총 3 종으로 발매되는 이번 앨범에는 청춘의 영원한 고민거리인 사랑, 사회의 일원으로서의 고충과 스스로의 삶의 고민까지, 다양하면서도 공감할 수 있는 그들의 이야기가 다채로운 음악으로 표현되어 120페이지의 화보와 함께 가득 차 있다.
